Anna Marie's intention in creating Optimum Results was to enable client success by completing those outstanding action items critical for their growth. Her particular passion is supporting strategy activation - taking a client's vision and making it come alive!

Anna Marie brings to her customers over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, business development and sales (national account level and management). Her broad expertise enables her to quickly understand client needs and provide support in a wide range of sales, marketing and operational disciplines. She has worked for Global Marine, Fluor and the Waste Management Family of Companies (Rust, Wheelabrator, Brand, Chemical Waste Management and Waste Management). She has experience with the electronics, energy, utility, aerospace/defense, environmental, software, healthcare, engineering and construction industries.

She and her team of virtual consultants and affiliates often work as a direct extension of a client’s organization, working in tandem with management and staff to better identify and deliver value to existing and targeted customers.

Anna Marie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Economics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and the University of Bath, England. She has a certificate in Change Management from Cornell University and has received additional training in the areas of strategic planning, marketing and sales planning, innovation, AGILE, Strategic Account Management, and team facilitation.

Anna Marie is a member of and Youth Advisor for the City of Mission Viejo Community of Character, serves on the Interfaith Council of Greater Rancho Santa Margarita (where she developed the “Bigotry, Bullying, & Bravery” Youth Forum) and offers pro bono strategy support to university entrepreneurship programs.
